Changelog
What shipped, and when?
The newest change landed on 26 March 2026. Dates below are when it landed in the product, not when this page was edited.
The list is the product surface a small UK team uses: time off, hours, documents, and pay calculations. It does not add a customer quote, a review score, or an HMRC filing claim.

What changed in time tracking on 26 March 2026?
Time tracking is improved. Organisation is spelled the UK way, consistently, on the records a UK team reads.
Hours you track are the hours pay calculations read. This entry does not add an HMRC filing step. The spelling change is Organisation, not a new product area.
How do timesheets and lunch deductions work?
You can set timesheets and how lunch is deducted from tracked hours. Billing portal settings are in the app.
Deducting lunch keeps those hours out of the total you use for pay. The billing portal is where subscription settings sit. Prices themselves stay the ones on the pricing page: Starter is £10 a month plus £5 per user up to 15, and Scale is £20 a month plus £4 per user from 16, applied to every user.
What can an employee record hold?
An employee record can hold payment details and a department name.
Payment details sit on the person, next to the department, instead of in a side spreadsheet. The record is still the same place as the org chart and the profile. Who can open it depends on the permission for that feature.
Where do documents and salary overtime land?
You can upload a document on an employee page. Overtime can be included when pay is calculated for a salaried person.
The document keeps version history and an audit trail, the same as other HR documents in the product. Overtime on a salary is part of the pay calculation. Marking a run paid is still a separate step, and it still does not submit PAYE, RTI, or pensions to HMRC.
Which emails does the product send?
The product sends time-off emails and invitation emails.
A time-off request can include a calendar file, from the 17 January change below. An invitation email is how a person is asked into the team. Neither email is a payslip, and neither files anything with HMRC.
Where do I see subscription and payment status?
You can see subscription and payment status in the app.
Status is whether the subscription and the payment are in place. It is not a second price list. The monthly GBP amounts stay on this site: 5 users on Starter is £35, and 20 users on Scale is £100. Payments go through Stripe.
How is training recorded?
Training can be recorded against people.
A training note sits on the person, with the other records, instead of in a separate sheet. It does not by itself change holiday allowance, hours, or pay. Permissions still decide who can open that record.
What does a payroll calculation include?
Pay is calculated from a salary or from hours. You can mark a run paid. This does not submit payroll to HMRC.
Hourly pay uses hours already tracked. Salary pay can include overtime from 22 March. You see the numbers before you mark the run paid. The limit is the same one stated on the product pages: no PAYE, no RTI, and no pensions submission.
Who can open a feature, and what is on the time-off email?
Access can be set per feature. A time-off request email can include a calendar file.
Managers, admins, and employees only open the records their feature permission allows. The calendar file is on the time-off email so the dates can go into a calendar. Holiday rules in the product still include accruals, carryovers, and regional holidays.
What did not change?
None of these dates add HMRC filing. Pay calculations still stop at the numbers and at marking a run paid.
The price did not move with these entries. Starter is still £10 a month plus £5 per user, up to 15. Five users is still £35. Scale is still £20 a month plus £4 per user from 16, applied to every user. Twenty users is still £100.
The trial is still 3 days, every feature, no credit card. Customer data is still in AWS Europe (Ireland). There is still no ISO 27001 claim, no SOC 2 claim, and no published review score.
- Time off still includes accruals, carryovers, and regional holidays.
- Documents still keep version history and an audit trail.
- Support is still replies in hours, and that is not a measured average.
- The company is still Keiko Labs, directed by Harry Thorpe, company number 15833345, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
Read the dated entries above for what landed. Read this section for the limits that the dates did not move. If a line is not in the list, it did not ship on these dates.
